Tailored Workplace Training

Source HR Workplace Training

Ensuring a harmonious, productive workplace often comes down to the knowledge and skills of your people. With so much at stake, managers need guidance on not just what to do, but how to do it. And your broader workforce also needs to understand the complexities of modern workplaces.

Source HR delivers engaging, tailored workshops that will support your managers to minimise risk, address challenges positively, boost performance and enhance workplace culture. We also create and deliver training for the whole workforce.

Tailored training for a better workplace

The saying goes ‘People join organisations but leave managers’. We’ve got workshops that support managers to manage challenging employees and tricky situations, avoid bullying in the workplace, and give effective feedback that leads to the right outcomes.

Source HR training can be included in a monthly retainer, or can be delivered as standalone sessions.

Each workshop includes best practice HR strategies, real-life scenarios that explore common issues, and practical tips to apply in the workplace. Source HR is underpinned by our employment law practice – so all regulatory requirements are included.

“Speakers were very engaging and gave excellent practical scenarios to apply the skills immediately – Brilliant.”
Senior Manager, Health Care Industry.

Employee Engagement Survey

SOURCE HR engaement survey

Employee engagement surveys provide rich insights into the satisfaction and needs of your workforce that you can use to improve your employee experience and grow your business. Source offers an employee engagement survey program that’s tailored to your business needs.

With many years of engagement survey expertise, our HR specialists work closely with you to create an employee survey and manage the process from beginning to end, ensuring your employees feel confident to respond honestly. We help you make sense of the results with powerful insights and actionable recommendations to drive meaningful change.

Measuring your employees’ sentiments via a survey is an important part of understanding and improving engagement across your teams. It allows you to respond meaningfully to concerns, make strategic decisions, implement changes, and mitigate risk.

Greater employee engagement leads to improved productivity and staff retention, and better customer experience. Conversely, poor employee engagement can lead to higher absenteeism, conflict, performance issues or customer complaints

The Employee Survey package is priced competitively, agreed up-front and tailored to your business.

What’s included?

  • Consultation to ensure alignment with your business culture and goals
  • End-to-end project management
  • Customised employee communications for before, during and after the survey
  • Creating and running the survey anonymously
  • Results analysis, segmented as needed depending on the size of your business
  • Reporting and recommendations.

Employee Handbook

A single source of truth for all your company information and workplace arrangements. Source can create a tailored, all-in-one guide for your employees, to ensure everyone is on the same page. Streamline onboarding, create a culture aligned to your business goals and values, and mitigate risk by ensuring all your employees know what they need to be safe and productive.

Adapted to your business, your Employee Handbook will reflect your brand, and be a valuable reference guide for all employees.

Your Handbook will introduce employees to your business’ unique workplace requirements and culture, and include 10 HR policies that have been created by Source’s HR specialists, in consultation with our employment lawyers. The policies are fully up to date with the latest developments in employment law and HR best practice, and are tailored to your business.

We can create a handbook from scratch, or review and develop what you already have, to ensure it is comprehensive, best practice, legally compliant and professionally produced.

“Hayley and the team at SourceHR have been absolute lifesavers! They are always available, offer a customised support model based on the specific needs of our business and they are as timely as they are efficient in providing the information we need. Their key strengths have been their suggestions on improvements to our HR model as this has benefited our business in the short term and will continue to benefit in the long term as well as the wealth of knowledge they bring to our business in every interaction we have. I would happily recommend SourceHR to any business looking to outsource their Human resources model – They are a joy to work with.”
